If you just want to display employees then you can edit the filter on the Name field to diplay only the Employee entity type. In regard to your second question, the easiest way to do this would be to edit your OnScreenLoad actions to automatically enter the Employee name of the currently signed in user into the Name field.

You can call other action sets from the screen, but not from another screen entirely. If it's a specific value you want to transer, that can be done using a shared action result.

There's no actual setting which can be used to adjust the size of a pop-up screen, they all show up with the same dimensions. However, it can manually adjust it after it pops up.

That's a list of the common tables used in Method. When on the Import/Export Tool screen, you want to ensure that you disable the Show only comman tables? option. Once that's done you'll be able to select from any table in Method to export, including the Entity table.

You first have to make sure the calendar is shared. Once it's shared, you should be able to search for it in the search box on the left. Here's a Google Help Article that may help.
