Adam, sorry, only just picked this up. Everything seems to be working now. I copied the screen again and started from scratch. I suspect it was an error I had introduced.

Is it possible to print line items from a sales order in an email template.? I'm looking to adapt the default sales order screen to use in a booking system. Line items will represent individual bookings. I need to print line items (selectively) in a booking confirmation email and include fields from the item table itself. Thanks in advance.

Mary, Sorry for the late reply.  I'd go to Outlook Options > Add-Ins and make sure the "Method Integration Outlook Add-In" is active. - Adam

Hi, There is no function in the gadget to send an email from Method.  You could reply to the message from Outlook, and log the sent message as an activity as "Email Incoming & Outgoing" type and include both email and the reply. - Adam

Hi dottie, The easiest way to do this would be to create another grid on your screen based off the CreditCardCreditLineExpense table and include the same fields as your Bill Line Expense grid. If I'm not mistaken this will show what you're looking for. - Ashur

Correct. You cannot see another user's calendar through the Gmail app.  I don't know the specifics of what will be added with the new mobile app, but I will try to find out and post back. - Adam

When I log an activity via the outlook plug in, is there any way to log that incoming email and also hit a check box to send an email at the same time like with New Activities screen within Method itself?  Essentially I want to log both the incoming email and the outgoing reply in one effort so I have documentation of both.

Okay, just to be clear, I can NOT see another user's calendar on my OWN Google calendar. I can only view it in Method. If the above is correct, will this be remedied in the iphone app, so I can view and create appointments on all user's calendars?
