Hi there,
We've begun using the doc managment feature in Method. Unless I'm missing something obvious, it seems as though I can only upload documents from my PC or link documents. Is there a way to scan a document directly into Method, without having to scan it to my pc first?

Correct, the non-sign in users would not be able to sync their calendars with the gadget, only the calendar that is linked to the user that is signed in through the Gmail app would be synced. Sorry for the confusion. You actually need to edit the screen to see the actions. First, you will need to go to Customize tab > Screens and copy the CRM_ListBuilder screen. I don't have the option for FullName. as you can see. You mention duplicates. Why would I have duplicates? From creating custom screens? The only edits I have done to the customer table is the addition of the yes/no fields like IsHVACCustomer, etc.

Another thing to add, if for any reason you have duplicate Entities (Customer/Vendor/Lead/OtherName), the FulName field will not be displayed as an option. So you would need to clear out the duplicates first.
