Bryan,  You can create a screen with this button or add the button to an existing screen. I did a quick test of this where I created a screen with a grid (of the activities), one field (to input the job I want to delete) and a button.  The actions on the button when clicked looped through the activity table, and found all activities ...

I just noticed this issue is recurring....tried to update a field on a Sales Order to an empty value. The push engine is updating it to it's previous value again. Perhaps the bug fix from mid-December you guys implemented didn't get folded back into the main trunk? Just a thought....
