It would be almost the same as a follow up. You can store the information you need (the name of the Lead and any associated info) into action results when the checkbox is checked using 'Retrieve Value from Screen' action. Then on the save button, you can insert a record into the activity table to create the task, ...

Hi theavspecialist,
Leads don't sync to QuickBooks so I'm not sure why you're receiving this message. Are you sure this lead hasn't been converted into a Customer? Even so you should be able to edit just the email address without receiving a conditional warning.
Try this, go to Customize > Tables/Fields > click on the ...

In QB item list, there is no tax item applied to the group. Also in the item list, each item has a "G" tax code (GST only). However, when I select the group for an invoice in QB, the grouped item name is shown, and then the items are shown with the correct tax code for the customer (in this case, "H").

I have created some yes/no field information such as IsHVACCustomer? This is for importing existing leads from another CRM as well as entering new leads to know what they need. I originally just added a checkbox object, so nothing really saved. Now I have created these fields in Customer. However, I went into a lead that was recently typed in to ...

I have tried some of the suggestions in general of testing with ...

I already use the second resource for 'Grouping', this way I just see a sub set of my employees - just electricians, managers, office staff, etc. However, I never want to see Inactive/Ex-Employees, so I need a way to filter these people out.
I've tried deleting Ex-employees from the systems but it won't let me do that ...

Yes, but this would be an automated action by checking a different checkbox. Imagine making a yes/no field called, "Likes Broccoli?" When a new lead is created, and they click the box, then it creates a task for a user named Steve to call them within 24 hours of the lead creation, creating a custom title for the outbound phonecall ...

You can definitely create a task by clicking a checkbox. I would recommend looking at the actions on the Add/Edit activity screen, specifically the Save button. I sounds like what you want to accomplish isn't too different from scheduling a follow up. Am I correct with this? You can use shared results to store the ...
