That's good. But then how do you add it? All calendars are the format username:CompanyName. If you try to add that in Google Apps for business it does not find it. It must be just a syntax thing, but what am I missing?

Actually, I'm mistaken. You can share you calendar through the Gmail app.  The gmail gadget creates a separate calendar for your Method activities, and you can share this just as you would any other Gmail calendar.  My apologies for this. Is it possible to print line items from a sales order in an email template.? I'm looking to adapt the default sales order screen to use in a booking system. Line items will represent individual bookings. I need to print line items (selectively) in a booking confirmation email and include fields from the item table itself. Thanks in advance.

Mary, Sorry for the late reply.  I'd go to Outlook Options > Add-Ins and make sure the "Method Integration Outlook Add-In" is active. - Adam
