I already use the second resource for 'Grouping', this way I just see a sub set of my employees - just electricians, managers, office staff, etc. However, I never want to see Inactive/Ex-Employees, so I need a way to filter these people out.

Thanks, good to know. We are having trouble getting the plugin to show up in Outlook 2007 on a Win 8 computer, so now I know to llook at other areas to solve it. It appears to install just fine, it just doesn't show up in Outlook.

You can definitely create a task by clicking a checkbox. I would recommend looking at the actions on the Add/Edit activity screen, specifically the Save button. I sounds like what you want to accomplish isn't too different from scheduling a follow up. Am I correct with this? You can use shared results to store the ...

Just to confirm, when you create an Invoice in QB with a Group Item and save, the tax code is overwritten with the correct one? when the invoice is created there? But when the invoice is created in Method is when the tax code is not overwritten for the Group Item?

You should be fine to install it. We haven't had anything reported about the plugin and Windows 8.

I'm using it on Win8 Pro with no problems however I'm using the new Outlook 2013. I did not try older Outlooks.
