I had the same message appear when I was referencing a linked field in an Insert Record into Table action and also the Update Field in Table action. I was able to fix it by identifying the field on the table by Record ID # instead of Text.
Your situation may not be the same as mine, but I hope this helps.

What about the calendars for these non-sign in users? They would not have a calendar to sync to Google calendar, right? Speaking of Google calendars... if there is only one contact for a lead when I click the button for edit contact it blinks the screen for 1 second and then is gone. The edit screen will not stay up. If there is more than one contact in the customer/lead it will stay up. I am using google chrome.

You won't be able to delete the field since it is used in other screens. Can you exit out and make sure all screens are closed properly, and try regenerating both the contacts table and the entity table? Then sign out and sign back in again.
