No the system says that you can not delete inactive users if they have edited, modified or entered any enteries in Method. The reason given by the system is that they can not be deleted because they are in the audit trail.
Any other ideas for a work around?

Unfortunately, there is no way to edit that grid to show only active users. We do plan on making improvements to the calendar object in the future, but I have no ETA on when that might be.
You should be able to delete inactive employees. Are you not able to do this?

First off, I highly recommend trying to do this on the Quickbooks end of things. The reason I say this is because trying to do this through Method would be incredibly complicated.
