Leads don't sync to QuickBooks so I'm not sure why you're receiving this message. Are you sure this lead hasn't been converted into a Customer? Even so you should be able to edit just the email address without receiving a conditional warning.

In QB item list, there is no tax item applied to the group. Also in the item list, each item has a "G" tax code (GST only). I already use the second resource for 'Grouping', this way I just see a sub set of my employees - just electricians, managers, office staff, etc. However, I never want to see Inactive/Ex-Employees, so I need a way to filter these people out.
