I don't have the option for FullName. as you can see. You mention duplicates. Why would I have duplicates? From creating custom screens? The only edits I have done to the customer table is the addition of the yes/no fields like IsHVACCustomer, etc.

Another thing to add, if for any reason you have duplicate Entities (Customer/Vendor/Lead/OtherName), the FulName field will not be displayed as an option. So you would need to clear out the duplicates first. - Ashur

Hi Matt, I had the same message appear when I was referencing a linked field in an Insert Record into Table action and also the Update Field in Table action.  I was able to fix it by identifying the field on the table by Record ID # instead of Text.
