    Lynn, Sorry for the confusion. &nbsp;You actually need to edit the screen to see the actions. &nbsp;First, you will need to go to Customize tab &gt; Screens and copy the CRM_ListBuilder screen. &nbsp;Once copied, you can click edit on the copied screen. &nbsp;Once there, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see the process ...

    I don&#39;t have the option for&nbsp;FullName. as you can see. You mention duplicates. Why would I have duplicates? From creating custom screens? The only edits I have done to the customer table is the addition of the yes/no fields like IsHVACCustomer, etc.

    Another thing to add, if for any reason you have duplicate Entities (Customer/Vendor/Lead/OtherName), the FulName field will not be displayed as an option. So you would need to clear out the duplicates first. - Ashur

    Hello theavspecialist, If you create a dropdown field and use the selections from an existing table you can select the FullName field from&nbsp;the Customer or Entity tables.     Hi Angie, Which table are you importing the Leads into? &nbsp;If you selected the Customer Leads table, this field is not included as it is not needed. &nbsp;When importing to this table, the IsLeadStatusOnly&nbsp;is not required, as all imports will be set to TRUE anyways. &nbsp;Here is a link to the Help Center article on the Import/Export ...

    Hi Matt, I had the same message appear when I was referencing a linked field in an Insert Record into Table action and also the Update Field in Table action.&nbsp; I was able to fix it by identifying the field on the table by Record ID # instead of Text.
