For a field to be available for use in a drop down list the field must be unique. This can be set when editing or creating a table but can only be changed if the table has no records stored in it.

I'm not exactly sure what's causing this yet but the next time you find an item with this issue before fixing it can you make note of the item and export your items list and email it to me along with the name of the items that caused the issue.

I was able to add the item to an estimate, can you try it again? The only thing that I may have done differently then you was before I tried to add the item I just checked to makes sure it was set up properly under Home > Items which it was and then clicked Save & Close. The issue seems to be with the Item name. It looks like the item name has 2 consecutive single quotes [‘'] which seems to be causing this issue. Is there a reason why you don't use double quotes ["]? I will be logging a ticket for this issue and update this thread when I have more information.
