When I log an activity via the outlook plug in, is there any way to log that incoming email and also hit a check box to send an email at the same time like with New Activities screen within Method itself?  Essentially I want to log both the incoming email and the outgoing reply in one effort so I have documentation of both.

Okay, just to be clear, I can NOT see another user's calendar on my OWN Google calendar. I can only view it in Method. If the above is correct, will this be remedied in the iphone app, so I can view and create appointments on all user's calendars? Correction: Export your Entity table and look for duplicates. It's possible there may be something missed if you export the 4 tables separately. Sorry about that. - Ashur

Hi there, We've begun using the doc managment feature in Method.  Unless I'm missing something obvious, it seems as though I can only upload documents from my PC or link documents.  Is there a way to scan a document directly into Method, without having to scan it to my pc first? Correct, the non-sign in users would not be able to sync their calendars with the gadget, only the calendar that is linked to the user that is signed in through the Gmail app would be synced.  As such, you will also not be able to sync other user's calendars, only ones connected to your OpenID.  The gadget is not meant to ...

Lynn, Sorry for the confusion.  You actually need to edit the screen to see the actions.  First, you will need to go to Customize tab > Screens and copy the CRM_ListBuilder screen.  Once copied, you can click edit on the copied screen.  Once there, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see the process ...
