When you create items you can dictate whether they are taxable or non-taxable items. If you have items that are not set to non-taxable but need them to be set to taxable you can modify the items, is this is what you're looking to do?

Hi Dave,
If you go to the Customer tab and select the Customer from the list, you will be taken to the Edit Customer screen. That screen has a Contacts tab, which will display all of the contacts related to that customer. There is also a button "Add Contacts", where you can add additional contacts to the customer.

When I start a new invoice I can not make the items taxable in the list instead I have to creat items on the invoice then mark them taxable. In Quickbooks taxable items are marked taxable when set up. Is there a way to make the items taxable so when I pick for the invoice it knows to post the sales tax.

They are strictly an SMTP relay provider, which will enable you to send emails as if they are coming directly from your email. You can find ...
