Method Community

Hi there, We've begun using the doc managment feature in Method.  Unless I'm missing something obvious, it seems as though I can only upload documents from my PC or link documents.  Is there a way to scan a document directly into Method, without having to scan it to my pc first? Thanks in advance for your help.

Lynn, Sorry for the confusion.  You actually need to edit the screen to see the actions.  First, you will need to go to Customize tab > Screens and copy the CRM_ListBuilder screen.  Once copied, you can click edit on the copied screen.  Once there, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see the process ...

I don't have the option for FullName. as you can see. You mention duplicates. Why would I have duplicates? From creating custom screens? The only edits I have done to the customer table is the addition of the yes/no fields like IsHVACCustomer, etc.

Another thing to add, if for any reason you have duplicate Entities (Customer/Vendor/Lead/OtherName), the FulName field will not be displayed as an option. So you would need to clear out the duplicates first. - Ashur
