Hi Dave,
If you go to the Customer tab and select the Customer from the list, you will be taken to the Edit Customer screen. That screen has a Contacts tab, which will display all of the contacts related to that customer. There is also a button "Add Contacts", where you can add additional contacts to the customer.

Sorry if I missed this but there is there way to clear a grid's criteria from an Action?

When I start a new invoice I can not make the items taxable in the list instead I have to creat items on the invoice then mark them taxable. In Quickbooks taxable items are marked taxable when set up. Is there a way to make the items taxable so when I pick for the invoice it knows to post the sales tax.

Whew! Let me take a step back for a second and just address the first part. So by your description, it sounds like you have to create a custom screen in order to edit the lead status valuess at all. There isn't just a simple place to do that. Correct?
