There are a number of ways you could do this. Think the easiest would be to deny a role the ability to execute the action (delete invoice). Then you could assign the users a role that doesn't have permission to execute that role.

The Company table doesn't have any screens based off of it as it holds data from other tables. You can edit the table to add fields, i.e. linked or dropdown, for your customization needs. Is there anything in particular you're looking for? What are you trying to do?
