Hi Kitty,
You could make the sub jobs that are completed (2011 jobs) inactive, so they won't show in Method with the filter view Shared Active Customer Contacts. They will still exist that way.

I had the same problem over the last few days. Rerplacing screens etc suddenly started breaking my pop up links and even some tab links. I was able t fix most of it manually but wondering why this started happening as never had a problem with it before.
