Possibly. That screen is under Customize > My Account, so it would depend on whether you have access to that tab link. If you don't, you'll have to get access to it from your administrator. The Default Email Preferences can be set for each user's email address.

I am unable to replicate your issue. What is the name of your report, and are you selecting the correct report in Method? Also, what screen are you viewing the report from?
