I set up invoices to default to check the box of "Waiting for sync approval". My question is - where do we now go to approve the invoices so that they will sync?

Nevermid the last comment as you need to have the "eCommerce" option enabled on your account. Would still like an ETA on Intuit Payment option for ACH. Thanks!

I have a contact for an existing customer and now that contact is a customer. Can you convert that contact into a customer?

Also please note that when attmepting to connect the Intuit Merchant Services as a gateway and click the provided "Click here to get a Connection Ticket" . After logging in we are getting the following error:
