XtekTrev,
What do you mean by customer facing documentation? Do you mean the printed Invoice and Estimates? For that you can use the Report Designer to create a custom Invoice/Estimate templtea. You can make a copy of the stock one and add/remove the fields you want on the invoice/estimate. We have webinars to help ...

Hi Jon,
Welcome to Method! I'm impressed with how quickly you picked up on the customization aspect of the CRM, great work. What you're doing is perfectly correct, however I'm not sure why the field is jumping back to the main list when you try adding it to the screen, it should work. Neil,
We've found a fix for you. If you join an HTML tag as an action result before the code, the link should display properly. See the screen shot as an example. ActionResult3 would be your link code.

I'm assuming you followed along with the tutorial and created a copy of the CRM_CustomerList screen then edited it to include a button with the Generate Report action in it correct? If so then go to Customize > Screens, hover over the screen you customized which will have it's name bolded, then click the View button on the left of the ...

Alright I just did the same thing you did, but instead of using County I used my own custom field. I was able to get the field to show up on my report successfully. Two things that could be the cause here:
1) The linked field you used is not linked correctly, i.e. it's linked to a dropdown field which is associated with another table. ...
