Just to confirm, this is only happening on new invoices that are created the same day that the reports are generated correct?
Can you advise how you're sorting the Detail1 band on your report? Is it being sorted by LineOrder? If so, change it to sort by RecordID instead and let me know what happens.

What are you referring to when you say Invoice Short Description? Is this a custom field? Something like this would be possible, however, you would need to speak with an in-house Consultant or one of our Method Solution Providers as it goes beyond the scope of the forums.

You can do this by selecting the appropriate field on your report and clicking the little white arrow icon that displays on the top right. Locate the Format String field and click the '...' button; from here you'll be able to select how your data will show or even create your own custom format.

You can do this by adding the Balance field as a linked field in your Invoice table, then add that field to your report. This will pull the balance from the Customer table. Is this what you're looking for?

Mike - As Mark stated, currently there is no way to schedule automatic tasks in Method without utilizing the API, however, this may be possible when the new version is released. Check out this forum post which discusses the same topic. Hope this helps!
