Hi Shayaknyc,
All of the time tracking entries should appear. One reason they may not is if they are outside of the transaction history range. Method by default only syncs the last 31 days of transactions. This can be adjusted by going to QuickBooks > Synchronize and changing the transaction history.
If they are not outside of ...

Hi L.Sheaffer,
I'm not understanding how your Right Networks username will access the Method accounts. The Method login and the Right Networks login are two separate things. Your Right Networks username will be used to access the Right Networks server and nothing else. You can use the Method logins to access the appropriate ...

Mike,
The AltContact is the alternate QuickBooks contact. We sync this contact and obviously the main contact. Newer versions of QuickBooks have the ability to create more than two contacts, but Method can only sync to the main and alternate contact.

Hi Mike,
I found two ways around this. One way is to use "value from row" EntityRecordID. The other is to use the Assign Value to Action Result at the top of the loop and assign it the FullName field from the row. Lance,
I can't create a test screen for you. If believe there is a bug, you can book a consulting session and have them review the work you've done. If they find an issue with the Method action, you will be refunded the consulting charges.

Hi Stuart,
Glad it resolved itself. Strange that it happened in the first place. If it comes up again, please let us know.

Hi Mallia,
The Report Designer application is a Windows application and must be run in a Windows environment to work. It will not run in a Mac environment. You can use a virtual machine program like Parallels that will run a Windows environment on a Mac and run it from there. Unfortunately, the Report Designer is only available for Windows.

Hi Lance,
I was actually mistaken. You can do refunds and voids through the Credit Card Processing action.
Also be aware that you will need to buid custom screens for this and like also put in actions to create the credit memo that woud apply to the refund or void.
If you would like help with this, we have consulting options available to ...

Hi Lance,
Apologies for the late reply. This got missed somehow. I don't believe this is possible with the Credit Card Processing action. As I understand it, this action merely sends the payment data to the merchant and we either get a success or failure response. I don't think anything is coded for refunds.
