I'm glad to hear that. Also if you leave the From field blank on your email template it will use the email address for whatever user is currently logged in.

This error comes up when the sending email part of receiving a payment fails. Based on the error it seems that the email address being used to send the email was not authenticated.

If you click on the Route drop down list you should see an option to <Add New> you can also click on the ... button next to the drop down arrow. Either of those options should allow you to add new entries.

Any Work Order you create is also an activity. When you create a recurring work order it will create all the occurrence activities plus a series activity. Based on the screenshot you sent me you are using Method CRM and the Inventory Item screen is slightly different then the Method Full Blown Inventory Item screen. In this case you will need to edit the screen and add the field you are looking for.

Taking the series and dividing it by 3 should make the chart in the dashboard more accurate but let me look into this and see if there is an alternative solution. I will update this thread when I have more information.

Currently the login screen for portals is not customizable. Though you can put the login in an iframe some browsers may flag it as a security issue and give you a warning so you may want to go with the Use My Logo option or My Own header option when creating a portal.

Go to Customize > Tab Groups / Roles, edit the Admin Role and in Step 2 of 3 you can select which tabs the Admin role can see.

From the estimate screen if you click on More Actions > Customize Templates... it will bring up a popup that will allow you to set the default templates to be used and a link to download the Method Report Designer to customize templates.
