Thank you Adam. I want the ability for my sales reps to input order/quote supporting information (special pricing, internal purchase order info, etc.) necessary to our organization in CRM Screen but not have it appear on the formal quote/proposal to the client.
Does that make a little more sense?

Let me add to my previous response. Keep in mind that if you're using the Log Call tab link or pop-up call, it will automatically default to the Completed status. You got it! Remember not to include the item grids and only show the required fields on the screen. This will help reduce the loading time of the screen.
