I have a contact for an existing customer and now that contact is a customer. Can you convert that contact into a customer?

Also please note that when attmepting to connect the Intuit Merchant Services as a gateway and click the provided "Click here to get a Connection Ticket" . After logging in we are getting the following error:

PMA - can you check now?
Looks like the sync hit a snag with an appointment that was setup in Google as an All-Day event, and then edited in Method to be a non-all-day event.
I think this is now working okay now.
Can you reply back to confirm?

My activities in Method no longer sync to my Google calendar - they did at one time. The last sync was 12/29. I have checked my profile to ensure it is turned on. I have done a manual sync.
