For this client/user - they think these are the only ones he will need. There is one other user (Admoin) who will have access to everything, but she will be working almost exclusively in QuickBooks at least for now. As far as others in the future - now, it is a no, but you know how that changes!

Hi John, So when you're creating a job site in Method it doesn't work? You have to manually go into QBO and enable the sub customer option? I am unable to replicate this issue. Created a sub customer in Method and performed a Full Sync, went to QBO and it shows correctly as a sub customer. - Ashur

Hi Annette, Is this user only going to have access to these 8 vendors and not have access to the other current vendor, basically will this list be static or need to change over time? - Ashur

Never mind figured out.  We have just started using system for real.  So still learning.  Did not realize on long list of items there was next at bottom to see rest of list.  Consider this solved.

Hi David, Whenever you create your own dropdown list, a new table is created to hold those values, and a screen is automatically created for that table.
