Never mind figured out.  We have just started using system for real.  So still learning.  Did not realize on long list of items there was next at bottom to see rest of list.  Consider this solved.

Hi David, Whenever you create your own dropdown list, a new table is created to hold those values, and a screen is automatically created for that table. Hi, The simplest way would be to change the filter on the calendar.  If you select change next to Assigned To, you can select the user that was assigned a particular work order (you can select as many usres as you want here).  This can not be set  to default when it loads, that would have to be done by customization. ...
