    Never mind figured out.&nbsp; We have just started using system for real.&nbsp; So still learning.&nbsp; Did not realize on long list of items there was next at bottom to see rest of list.&nbsp; Consider this solved.

    Hi David, Whenever you create your own dropdown list, a new table is created to hold those values, and a screen is automatically created for that table.     Hi all, Can someone please point me in the right direction to filter a dropdown menu? For example, I have a setup where a user only needs access to 8 vendors.     Is there a setting or reason my full inventory list would not be coming over to method from Quickbooks?&nbsp; I have done full sync etc but only some of my items that are in QB show up in method?

    I am trying to edit existing dropdowns to add selections to the&nbsp;existing list. I cannot seem to find the screen to add options.     Hi rcclarkcpa, It could be that this Sales Rep/Employee is listed as inactive in QuickBooks so when yo go to your Employee Centre the default view shows All Active Employees.
