Hi all,
Can someone please point me in the right direction to filter a dropdown menu?
For example, I have a setup where a user only needs access to 8 vendors. On the Grid I have a custom filter to show only those 8.
This user also has access to create a PO, but only for those 8 specific vendors. That is where I have the problem - the dropdown ...

The simplest way would be to change the filter on the calendar. If you select change next to Assigned To, you can select the user that was assigned a particular work order (you can select as many usres as you want here). This can not be set to default when it loads, that would have to be done by customization. ...

It could be that this Sales Rep/Employee is listed as inactive in QuickBooks so when yo go to your Employee Centre the default view shows All Active Employees. If this is the case just change the filter view to All Employees and you should see it that particular Sales Rep show up on the list. If you're still not seeing it on ...

I use a different piece of software at the moment so my customers can view workorders or even add new ones. I know I can do this via Method for admins and employees. But can I have this option for my custiomer to view and add work orders via the contact portal?
Also when ever I send out a email to a customer to log into the portal it always say ...

Is there no way to have the work order show up on everyone's calendar that is working on it. So all of the team members will have that job show up on their calendar. Or is this something that would be a customization job to get it to work ( I'm thinking possibly by making a duplicate entry w/ different AssignedTo fields for everyone ...

What if the sales rep doesn't exist in QB as a sales rep? then what? Can I get someone at Method to edit the table behind the scenes to remove a particular sales rep from the table?
