Thank you Adam.  I want the ability for my sales reps to input order/quote supporting information (special pricing, internal purchase order info, etc.) necessary to our organization in CRM Screen but not have it appear on the formal quote/proposal to the client. Does that make a little more sense?

Let me add to my previous response. Keep in mind that if you're using the Log Call tab link or pop-up call, it will automatically default to the Completed status. You got it! Remember not to include the item grids and only show the required fields on the screen. This will help reduce the loading time of the screen. - Ashur

Ashur, thanks for the response. If I understand I can create a separate screen for each item type (we only need two) and optimize for mobile, add the links into the mobile tab these will then appear in the dropdown for mobile users. This negates the need to open these screens via a Popup or Go To action.

Hi andy, Just an FYI we're currently revamping the Mobile portion of Method, I don't have an ETA for you but it is coming soon. The New Item screen won't work how you want it to work as a mobile page. Reason being is that the Show Screen In Popup, Go To Screen, and Go To Tab Link actions won't work with the current mobile design. ...
