Tom, To add to the above.  Can you look and see whether the activities are occurences or part of a series (recurring) and toggle the filter by view on the grid between the two?  The total activities on the dashboard include both occurrences and series in the total.  The user may only have one or the other that are ...

Tom, Is this in the CRM of Method, or an integrated app like Field Services?  Also, if you could let me know the type of activity (if there's a common one)? - Adam

For one of my users, Dashboard will report 23 incomplete activities. If you refresh the count nothing happens. If you click on the link to see these activities, nothing displays. If you go to all occurrences, you find that all!! activities show as complete. Not sure what to do here. Please advice, this is only happening to one user at this ...
