You would need to set the filter directly on the dropdown field so something like an OnScreenLoad event won't work.

One way you can do this is by adding a new field to the Vendor table which lists the names of your Method Users. Edit the CRM_VendorList screen to assign each Vendor the appropriate user. Now you can edit your Purchase Order screen and add a filter which matches the Vendor's assigned Method User with the currently logged in ...

Full sync is working now.
I did what you did and it is still not working.When you click the save/back button you can see the check mark going away before the screen changes.

For this client/user - they think these are the only ones he will need.
There is one other user (Admoin) who will have access to everything, but she will be working almost exclusively in QuickBooks at least for now.
As far as others in the future - now, it is a no, but you know how that changes!
