Thanks, Ashur. This does help. I was going to sign up for a free trial to see what I could do with this, but it appears that Report Designer is PC-only. Is that correct? If so, I'll have to find a PC to work from - I don't want to buy a Windows OS and emulator for my Mac just to check this out.

If you click the Select link (you should see one on the left hand side of the grid), that will populate the text fields with that record. You can then edit and save the changes.

Use "Name", not "FullName". FullName is read only, and represents Customer:Job, like "McDonalds:Main Street".

I am getting ready to import data into Method but don't see field for Customer Name so I am assuming FullNAme populates Customer Name in Method and is the field Customer Name in QB. Is my assumption correct?

Josh, this sounds like the opposite of what Method is designed to do. Generally speaking, Method is only looking at "current" QuickBooks data, and it wasn't intended to have years of transaction history in it.
