Annette, You can use the Character function to get the length of the value first, then use a basic math calculation to trim 9 from the length value.  You can then use Get right as you would know the length after the colon. - Adam

Yes they would exist in their respective tables, for example a custom field for vendors would appear under the Vendor table in Method, a custom field for the employee field would exist in the Employee table in Method, etc. - Ashur
