Hey David,
To save you some time and make it easier for you, I can put in a request to reset your Method Account. This will wipe out all your data, including any custom fields, screens, or tables. If this is the route you would like to go please email me your Company Account name.

Shane,
If you edit the screen, then click edit on the dropdown field, in step 4 (Dropdown Choices) you should see the table associated with the dropdown. Exit out of that screen, then go to the screen for that table. You should find your choices there.

If not, you should create a field to hold this data in order to display it where needed.
If so, double-check to ensure that a ...

Dottie,

I created a custom field job # which automatically populates the record id as the job #. When I create a new customer the job number populates, however, when I save it, and click on the job in the customer list all the info except the job # is saved, and reflects in the edit customer screen. If I re-enter the job # in the edit customer screen it ...

When a new customer is created I need my custom field created by (current user signed in) name and created on (current date and time) to remain on record and reflect in the edit customer screen. How can this be done?
