What Record ID is being populated in the custom field job #, is it the Customer Record ID or the Job of Customer Record ID? Is this field associated with a custom field in your Customer table?

So long as the fields were also added to the table, you can use the "retrieve value from table" action on the "onScreenLoad" action in the Advanced button.

I created a custom field job # which automatically populates the record id as the job #. We did some more testing and it looks like this may just be QuickBooks logic. Open the customer record in QuickBooks and you'll notice that everything is uppercase, however, if you click Edit under the Bill To or Ship To text boxes, you'll see the address shows the first letter being capitalized while the others are all lower case. Here are a few tips I found:
Some best practices for designing.
A. Small screens are much faster than big screens, so limit how much you put on them.
B. Use tabs instead of regular sections to prevent unnecessary grid loading. Grid loading can slow screens down considerably.
C. Design with up to 2 columns wide.
