Tom, Is this in the CRM of Method, or an integrated app like Field Services?  Also, if you could let me know the type of activity (if there's a common one)? - Adam

For one of my users, Dashboard will report 23 incomplete activities. If you refresh the count nothing happens. If you click on the link to see these activities, nothing displays. If you go to all occurrences, you find that all!! activities show as complete. Not sure what to do here. Please advice, this is only happening to one user at this ...

Shane, If you click the Select link (you should see one on the left hand side of the grid), that will populate the text fields with that record.  You can then edit and save the changes. - Adam
