i'm a beginner. I have created additional fields for the class table I have created a screen and included those fields in to it. Hi Willy, I removed the URL you posted as it shouldn't be shared publicly since it hold information specific to your current Method session. Are you talking about an email template or your Home Dashboard that you're taken to when you first login to Method? - Ashur

Willy, What didn't work?  Did the link not take you to the right portal screen?  Was there no link?  All you have to do is change the highlighted part to the screen you want from the dropdown box.  There should be two actions to "Create Short Method URL".  You probably want to change the first one. - ...
