Method Community

Does the customer have a "Lead Status"?  If so, it won't go to QuickBooks. Does the Sales Order have a "Is Waiting for Sync Approval" status?  If so, uncheck this and save. Paul

Thanks for the input Paul.  The customer's Lead Status was removed. It was marked as "Active Customer".  However, the waiting to sync was checked as well.  It looks like that resolved it.  Much thanks!

So if a user is only using Method and not quickbooks, they technically don't need the MIE? Say for instance my computer is the one with admin priveleges and MIE installed, does QB and or MIE have to be open at all times for it to sync in real time? Conner

Mike, The AltContact is the alternate QuickBooks contact. We sync this contact and obviously the main contact. Newer versions of QuickBooks have the ability to create more than two contacts, but Method can only sync to the main and alternate contact. - Adam
