Where are you sending the email from? For example are you sending the email from the QuickBooks_Invoice screen? Did you customize the screen where this email is being sent from? Did you change any of the stock email templates or create your own and are using those? - Ashur

Blake, I know you wanted to avoid scripting and have punted this, but you might be able to achieve this with a VB scripting function replacing commas with line breaks. - Adam

Blake, I was actually able to recreate this with two custom tables.  I'll put in a ticket with the team.   - Adam

Actually it was likely the copy and paste that caused it. You should always use the login form instead of copying the URL when logged in then pasting it later on as that URL contains specific information about the currently logged in session. - Ashur

I've punted on the issue and having thought better of it, my situation actually works better comma separating the data b/c vertical space on a report is more valuable than horizontal. I was using the mobile sign in URL. But the first time I pasted it in from the browser, whereas the second time I went to methodintegration.com and navigated to the mobile screen. I think it' wass a weird cache thing as well...
