This seems to be random (which is a bit unnerving). I just rebooted the iPad and relaunched a new meeting and navigated to the login (instead of pasting a URL) and everything seemed to work OK.

They're custom screens, but this only happens when trying to loginto and share the screen in a GoToMeeting environment hosted from the iPad.  As I said, regular login works fine. I did a quick test aand this seems to happen when I share the screen in the GoToMeeting environment. Regulat login to the Method screens does not produce these errors.
