Maybe I am misunderstanding, but can we only attach/upload files up to 5MB (from Method to SmartVault)?

New wrinkle.  Now the same function that worked yesterday is producing a new result.  A web screen opens and says: It appears your session has timed out or is inactive. Please sign out and sign back in before trying again. I logged off and back on, but I get the same result. Mario

What about making UI objects read-only based on roles?

The newest versions of QB have some great new functions.  We have not loaded it yet, however, because one of these new functions is a Customer Lead component.  It the expected going to happen, i.e. Method Leads sync into QB Leads, or do we know yet?  What we don't want is the "unexpected", whatever that may be. In the items table, you have a field called Average Cost.  Would that field point to the quickbooks cost field?
