I would put forward a suggestion to have this ability to remove specific lines from a dialogue in light of the fact that this error can occur!   Mark

Hi barstone, What kind of errors are you seeing? Are there any entries in the Windows Event Viewer logs which are related to the Method Integration Engine? If you haven't already, I would suggest calling us and speaking with our Support team. - Ashur

Hi mjlittle, If there is case dialog entered which is not set as Internal then it would be viewable by the recipient. Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to remove it from the Existing Case Dialog. You can remove the text from the activity then save it or just delete the activity, but the case dialog will not be affected by that. - Ashur

Mario, Its definitely possible to make a document popup.  The actions you would need are the 'Retrieve value from table' and the 'Load web page'.  You would need to locate the document in your DocumentLibrary table and get the value from the Document field.  You can then place that in an action result, then use ...
