I am not sure of the full details of the changes but it should have no effect on anything you have already customized, you should only see the changes on the standard portal screens.

This is normal; you did not set anything up wrong . When you log into Method you can be logged into one of several different servers if you have not been on that server before it will need to regenerate any screens you have edited.

Method charges $0.15 per 5 minute interval of active portal usage ‐ rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes. Method is able to distinguish between active usage and passive login time. Currently there is no way to restrict what kind of Scheduled Reports a user can create. They either have full access to creating Scheduled Reports or no access. I would try a full sync again or even reinstalling the sync engine. If you are still having issues enable the MethodSupport user (Customize > Users) and email me your account name to m.melo@methodintegration.com and I will take a look at your account.
