Andy, What version of Method are you using? (Remote Entry, CRM, Full Blown) If you are using Full Blown is it a screen that belongs to an App? -Michael

Hi John, This is normal; you did not set anything up wrong  . When you log into Method you can be logged into one of several different servers if you have not been on that server before it will need to regenerate any screens you have edited. -Michael

Hi akoumjian, Method charges $0.15 per 5 minute interval of active portal usage ‐ rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes. Method is able to distinguish between active usage and passive login time. Andy K, Currently there is no way to restrict what kind of Scheduled Reports a user can create. They either have full access to creating Scheduled Reports or no access. This issue is now resolved. The wrong Method account was entered into the sync engine.  -Michael
