This is currently a limitation within Gmail. Any gadgets that are used in the Gmail user interface cannot be displayed when creating an outgoing email. If Gmail ever adds support for this, then Method will support it as well.

I notice that on an existing button action set, any changes I make are immediately reflected in Method with no Publish needed. What are the rules for when customization changes need a Publish vs are immediately in effect?
Make sense?

Should the Google Gadget show up on outgoing mail.... It doen't on mine.
It sure would be nice to be able to tag the outgoing activity in Method.

The invoices are reflecting in the transaction section in the edit customer screen but when I click on on the go to link on next to the invoice I receive an error. Is there any way to fix the go to so it opens up the invoice?

QB Desktop, and I believe this occurs in the CRM. The screen used is a copy of the CRM_ActivityCalendar screen.
By the way, I did install filed services so that I could view the screens (and maybe copy some of the mapping code) but that calendar refers to work orders (and not activities) so existing data isn't populated in that calendar. ...

I was able to replicate this issue and created a ticket for our dev team to investigate it. We'll update this thread ASAP. This only happens when the field is set to read-only, so if you want to show the value to the user creating/editing an invoice then I would suggest having two separate fields on the screen, one being the ...

That sounds like a great idea. A couple of quesitons though. How do you create a new report? How do I go about inserting a jpeg to the report after I create it?

From what you have described, my guess is that it sounds like you may have deleted the screen before you removed all of the links to it. To go forward with this, it may be best to book paid support to look into this issue. We can continue to try and diagnose the issue through the forums as best we can, but ...
