When you click Save...the data indeed clears from those fields. In fact, the data is saved properly (I exported the table immediately after Saving the record and see those fields are empty in the db). When you open your report, look at the Field List section, usually on the right side of the screen, and ensure you're using fields from the correct detail table. Just tested it using your QuickBooks_SalesOrder screen and it worked fine. Go to Customize > Screens and click the View button that comes up to the left when you hover over the screen name. Click the first Sales Order on the top of the list, last four digits are 0111, and you'll see I was able to save it with the Due Date, Customer ...

Thanks Ashur, I actually figured out the spacing, what I can't figure out , and is the bigger problem, is why it's repeating the same item row from the line item table, rather then listing each line item that is on the invoice. I have created this template in Report Designer. Thanks! Karen

I tried that but I recieve and incorrect output. I leave the include opt out and include no email unchecked yet the the output includes them. Please advise why those records appear when I have not requested that they be included? tom
