If this issue is only affecting the one user while signing in with a specific browser then the issue is related to the browser settings. The most likely cause is that cookies are disabled in Firefox.

One of my users, whenever they signin using Firefox, as soon as the login in processed, they are immediately signed out and brought to the signon screen.
They can access using IE and are now trying chrome. Everyone else can use firefox. Any ideas what can be wrong.

@Matt & @Mark - we've got this as a potential feature request but I'm not sure if this will be something we plan to put in as a stock feature of the activity screen. So if a client is in desperate need of this now, best to build out the functionality now.
