I tried that but I recieve and incorrect output.
I leave the include opt out and include no email unchecked yet the the output includes them.
Please advise why those records appear when I have not requested that they be included?

Still a problem. Saved Sales Order table (no changes made) and tried to clear these fields but the values come back for some reason.

Did you create the custom invoice template in QuickBooks or through the Method Report Designer? If It's the latter then open your report and check the properties of each of the line item fields, i.e. item type, description, quantity, etc. You want to make sure that the padding or border is not set to a crazy number which ...

You shouldn't be getting an errors when attempting to export your Contacts table. If you're consistently receiving an error please call in and speak to Support so we can troubleshoot the issue.
In the meantime you can create your monthly newsletter campaign in Method under the Campaign tab and then use the List Builder ...

THe only table which contains the opt out email status is the contacts table; however, when I attempt to export that table, I get an error message.
If I export the customer and lead table, the file does not contain the information regarding whether the client has requested to be opted out of marketing emails.

I believe the caption is only one line, so I don't think there's any wrap or formatting you can do to increase the height or number of lines. I will put in a suggestion to the team here for this feature.

Ensure you are not editing any screens, Publish then Save & Close. Try regenerating your Sales Order table; just find the table and click Edit Fields..., when the edit fields screen pops up just click Finished Editing Fields.
