Hi mjlittle, If there is case dialog entered which is not set as Internal then it would be viewable by the recipient. Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to remove it from the Existing Case Dialog. You can remove the text from the activity then save it or just delete the activity, but the case dialog will not be affected by that. - Ashur

Mario, Its definitely possible to make a document popup.  The actions you would need are the 'Retrieve value from table' and the 'Load web page'.  You would need to locate the document in your DocumentLibrary table and get the value from the Document field.  You can then place that in an action result, then use ...

I have an active case that I opened.  There are two existing entries in it with a note to email the contact on saving.  There is one case dialogue that was entered but belongs to a different case.  How do I delete a specific date/time existing dialogue entry so the customer isn't emailed this part of the dialogue?  thanks,

Our system is using the MethodAPI with a custom screen but no tokenization. This is not something we'll be providing to other companies since we have plans to work with authentication tokens, which will probably be happening sometime next year. - Ashur

mlwells, This feature is already there!  You can go to Customize > Tab Groups and edit the tab group.  Step 2 of the edit wizard allows you to move the tabs.   - Adam
