What exactly do you mean by this, "Can you please confrm if the API call is receiving any sort of errors?" If you need to call us and gain access to one of our computers to help fix this problem, please do so. We'd like to get it fixed as soon as possible. (moderated content - contained customer details)

Hi Stuart, I believe the suggestion from Support is a bit of red herring in your case.  Setting and resetting IsWaitingForSyncApproval will not result in the SalesReceipt being "Pushed" (automatically synced) to Quickbooks.
