What is the default timeout length currently?

Hi there, We removed this setting a few years back after the introduction of the universal MethodID. If you are finding the timeout length in your Classic account is too short, shoot me an email at Success@method.me and we can Extend the timeout length for your account / users manually. Hello Colin, Creating new contacts with the same Tag name works fine on our end and I dont see any duplicates being created. Also, just curious as to where you are seeing these duplicates? Is it possible that there is an extra space added somewhere in one of these "New Lead" tags?
