Hey buzzbizzstudios,
Project Management isn't something Method is strong in right now but it is an app that's on our to-do list, however we don't have a timeframe to provide. If you were to undertake this currently, it would have to be done through customization. Check out this link to a similar article.

If this was a custom screen you were using, consulting will definitely be able to help you. I did also find an issue with the stock invoice screen for Scheduling and Invoicing and put a ticket in for that.

I just heard from consulting:

I think it is the web version and yes it is the difference thru scheduling & invoicing and the main version. I emailed consulting last week.

Can you tell me which version of the CRM you are using? The desktop or QBO version? Also, does this happen within the main CRM, or an add-on like Scheduling and Invoicing or Field Services?

Yes, I was able to clean things up by deleting and re-entering. I have been able to sync properly today.
I guess the question that still remains is how we are getting inactive accounts. We currently have 9 "inactive" accounts in Method (and we don't necessarily want them to be listed as "inactive). ...

We do have a "Mark as Invoice as Pending" in Method CRM for Quickbooks desktop. Are you using our desktop or QBO version?
I believe this is not checked by default.
