    If I divide a customer into 2 sub-customers, could this be a work-around. &nbsp;The main customer and 1 sub customer&nbsp;would belong to user1, the other sub-customer to user 2. &nbsp;The contacts within that customer could be assigned to each of the sub-customers. &nbsp;could this work?     Greetings, I have had issues like this before, I did two full syncs and it worked. &nbsp;Have you tried that? Also, check the for any conflicts. &nbsp;If there are any it could backlog your invoices from moving over.&nbsp; I dont work for method, i use the program alot.&nbsp; John M

  • Invoices Created in Method Not Being Marked as Pending In QB

    We have an issues where sales orders (ie. invoices) are created in Method and (not all the time) do not reside in QB as pending invoices, but are in QB as invoices that are &quot;Marked as Final&quot;.     Right now this isn&rsquo;t possible.&nbsp; If you need&nbsp;two users to be able to access a customer you can give them access to each other&rsquo;s customers.&nbsp; This option would require you to change some setting at Step&nbsp;6 of 10 &quot;Access to Shared Record&quot;.&nbsp;&nbsp;

    Thank you. &nbsp;I created an employee for this sales rep, linked him in step 1 of 10, have set the right filters and checked the right boxes in step 6 of 10, and when I login to his account, he can still see all records. &nbsp;Please help.
